Implementation path

Start with a small browser prototype, keep the data model explicit, then connect the analysis backend as separate API services. Validate results with coaches before automating scoring.

Shared identity

Add SSO only after the pilot validates account and organisation needs. Keep user data minimal.

Integration layer

Pass profile-based learning recommendations through a narrow API; do not copy full assessment answers into Moodle by default.

Decision recommendation: adopt Moodle for the Academy pilot, keep the marketing/product site independent, and review the choice after one real course cohort.
